You can see it all from the Mountain Outpost's 3,000 square foot viewing deck: riders zooming down ziplines, climbers scaling the towers, and brave individuals conquering the high ropes course. The islands of Molokai and Lanai sparkle on the horizon and Kapalua Village beckons down below.

The Mountain Outpost is also home to Hawaii's longest suspension bridge. It's 360 feet long and five feet wide. Spanning a steep gulch - up to 130 feet high in spots - it affords dazzling views and photo opportunities in all directions.

Getting to the Mountain Outpost: Your mountain adventure begins with a trip on the Unimog shuttle, a one-of-a-kind ride. This open-air, all-terrain biodiesel Mercedes is your ticket to fun. The Unimog transports you (and up to 19 other adventure seekers) up to the Mountain Outpost. The 20-minute ride travels through organic pineapple fields, with sweeping views of West Maui and the Pacific Ocean.
